|Recommended: YesGood but not totally noise proof — The property is awesome it just needs better noise insulation between floors. I don't hear my next door neighbors but do hear my upstairs neighbors running and dropping things in the floor. The only flaw is some noise if you have a neighbor on top. I kind of regret not choosing the top floor. Also, is quite a high rent considering amount of bedrooms when compared to a house on other Orange County areas. In general it is in a good location and is a nice place.

I alway share my testimony with my friends every time that someone express their interes in move in to Orlando area.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful, quiet, peaceful, worth the money. — This is a relaxing and stress free community. The amenities are maintained and kept clean at all times. Neighbors are all friendly and respectful, for example A family member came to visit and accidently opened their trunk from her keys and the trunk was wide open for who knows how long and the were valuable items inside. a neighbor closed the trunk and left a friendly note letting us know that the trunk was open but that they closed it for us. I don't know many places that will go out their way for others but I now know, Dwell is one of those places.

|Recommended: YesGorgeous property but horrible parking — Awesome apartment complex to live in. Staff is amazing but if you leave after 8pm do not expect to park anywhere near your apartment. Speeding signs posted everywhere but the min. speed is 35 specially behind the townhouse's where the cars probably go faster. We do love this place and it has been our best complex to live at.
